About us & contact

Daybreak Hydrotech makes practical tools for you ~ people who grow, ferment, and process things themselves.

Whether that's food, textiles, dyes, medicine, herbs, or the ingredients behind them. We start with the small, specific problems that trip producers up, and build tools that actually solve them properly, rather than generic bits that almost fit.

We believe self-sufficiency shouldn't require expensive, proprietary systems — just the right tool for the job, and a bit of know-how. Every kit is designed, packed, and shipped by hand from Melbourne, Australia.
